We were fascinated that Cuthbert Road was built by Gloucester County Freeholders in 1816 to connect Dobb’s brickyard. This was located on the north side of the road close to Newton Creek, with Webster’s Grist Mill. Equally important, this was located on the opposite side of the road, between White Horse Pike and Camden-Haddonfield (Haddon Ave.). I love that Nicholson Road was to be built by Camden County in 1857.
